1. How do I know if you ship to my area?

     Entering your zip code in the zip code validator on our website will help you determine if we ship to your area.

2. What are the shipping charges?  

     The prices of the bouquets that you view on our website include the total amount you will pay. There are no extra fees, and shipping is always free.

3. How do I contact customer support? 

     You can contact customer support for any questions or inquiries by sending an e-mail to sales@thehappyheartflowerco.com.

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

     We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

5. What shipping carrier do you use? 

    All our orders are shipped by FedEx.

6. How are delivery dates determined?

    The delivery date is selected by you on the product page. Due to unforeseen shipping circumstances, there is a two day delivery window on all orders.

7. How do I check the status of my order? 

     You will be provided with tracking information for your order once your order is processed.

8. Can I choose a specific delivery time?

     Specific delivery times cannot be chosen. 

9. What if nobody is home for delivery?

     Your delivery will be left at the door if nobody is home. Please contact recipients to let them know that a delivery has been scheduled on a particular date. This will ensure that flowers aren't left out in the elements for an extensive period of time.

10. How will my floral bouquet be packaged for shipping? How will my flowers stay fresh?

     Each bouquet will be secured for transport in one of Happy Heart's insulated and temperature-controlled boxes, wrapped with decorative burlap and water packs. Upon opening, recipients will be presented with a personalized message and a flower care card for their bouquet.

11. Can I change or modify an order once it's placed?

     No, unfortunately, all orders are final and cannot be changed or modified once they are placed.

12. What if I'm unhappy with my order? 

     We want our customers to be happy. Please contact customer support for any problems or concerns, and we will assist you in finding a solution.

13. Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?

     At Happy Heart Flower Co., our goal is to make every bouquet as similar as possible to the ones featured on our website, but due to Mother Nature, that is not always possible. Certain flowers may come in damaged and need to be replaced in the bouquet, but with our knowledgeable staff, we will replace them with similar items that will make your arrangement just as beautiful!
